Description
Etna Sunset provides an itinerary in stages in which you alternate trip by car and short explorations on foot. Inside the Etna Park and on board our vehicles we will move from the east side to the south side to explore places of great natural and geological interest, we will visit enchanting lunar landscapes and historical lava flows that have threatened entire countries. We will arrive in front of the majestic Valle del Bove and on the edge of ancient extinct craters from which we will admire the sunset looking at the sea and enjoying an aperitif of almond cakes and sweet wine. You will discover the different colors of the plant species and the unique landscapes of the Etna Park. You will also experience the thrill of descending into the depths of the volcano and exploring a cave of lava flow equipped with helmets and light caving, to know the geological and morphological characteristics. Our itineraries are the result of experience and passion for Etna. Our nature guides and geologists will show you the naturalistic and volcanological aspects of the highest active volcano in Europe, named a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013.
